This spot obviously knows how to serve their clients. Always with a super nice approach. The food is conveniently priced, regularly tasty and neat.

Good soup. Pricey sushi and their 'poke': a) isn't Poke, b) skimps on the fish portion, and c) puts all the food in the container with hot rice giving the whole meal a weird warm quality.

Had the chashu pork ramen. The pork and broth where both excellent, the noodles were rather tasteless. Still, it was quite affordable for midtown Manhattan.

Liked this place while waiting for bus after work. Fantastic service with fresh hot food in top of loyalty card!! Love it 😘😘

I have been going this restaurant for a year or do and lately the quality of the food has gone down hill. Last week when I went my food was not hot and more on the cold side. The ladies next to me had cold soup when it should be HOT. I don't think I will be going back to this restaurant again

Nice quickie lunch spot with decent sushi and tasty Terayaki bowl.

Good place for lunch. They offer a variety of sushi boxes and bowels . Prices are average. 9-$15. for sushi boxes. They have a big seating area, never full. Staff is friendly and they offer a reward program. Buy 10 get 1 free. You can order ahead and pick up. There can be 5minute wait during lunch hour

Reasonably priced and yummy! I passed by this place all the time for years until my friend brought me here.I got the Salmon Bento and my friend got the Eel bento (each around $8 after taxes). The guy who made our order was a little too heavy handed on the sauces but it was still really good and fresh :)

At the first moment you enter that place the waiters give you a great feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a good restaurant to enjoy with your friends or with your date. very good cuisine, qualified chef, good cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Nice place to have lunch. They have bento boxes for 7.50 and you can add 1 dollar for miso soup. Bento boxes include salad, gyoza, Cali roll, nigiri and choice of meat/ vegetable. The food was good. Besides sushi and bento boxes, they also have a noodle bar. This place looks new and clean. They have a seating area too.

It is astonishing how terrible my experience with Bento Sushi was. I came in at 11:50am to pick up a Poke Bowl for lunch and the entire staff was in disarray preparing food for the day. No one was going to take my order until I flagged someone down. I told them I wanted to customize my own Poke bowl and the employee told me to pick up one of the pre-prepared bowls at the front as the poke station wasn’t ready yet. I didn’t want that so I got a chicken don bowl which was rushed out and tasted horrible. Even if the food was decent I would never come back.

Clean restaurant with nice staff. Food is a little pricey but it tastes great.

I was in town for work and grabbed lunch here while I worked a little. It was clean and in a good location. Everything about it was average, but hey - a bowl of Udon Beef Noodles for $9.99 in Manhatten did the job. I'm not saying I wouldn't go back, but there are a lot of other options in the area.

The Soba noodles with beef is delicious and the service is courteous and hard working. The facility is very clean and the food is fast and well prepared. The price is reasonable and the 4 stars is just becuase the ambiance is basic. Great place for a quick lunch.

I got a bento box. The salad was disgusting and inedible, the rice in the nigiri was over seasoned and very overcooked (essentially just mush), the cooked salmon was seasoned/marinated well but easily the driest fish I've ever eaten. The raw salmon on the nigiri was fresh and good. Great location, fast service, but terrible food.

It would be wrong to eat sushi in this cold however I felt really surprised they made sushi incredibly good, very fresh and healthy,I definitely recommend the avocado bowl and believe or not you will enjoy Japanese snacks here!

The ramen and sushi is very good but a but pricy.

A new place in the area, so I decided to try it for lunch.At first I tried the noodle soup with chicken curry. It was tasty, but I got a very small amount of chicken.Next time I tried the teriyaki chicken platter, which also came with 4 sushi pieces and a "salad" (a few lettuce leaves and a half cherry tomato...). The amount of rice and chicken was really small and all in all I was still hungry when I finished eating.

Order was skipped waited 15 mins and nothing was offered for the inconvenience

Sushi is low quality and fishy tasting. Dumplings taste and look exactly like potstickers from Costco. Def won’t be going back here.

The shrimp crunch roll was good but the salmon in the salmon roll was definitely spoiled. Serves me right for ordering sushi on a Tuesday I guess. Food poisoning isn't a joke and I'm suffering.

Don't crave sushi or you'll be like me, eating at this place and actually enjoying it. Its a standard place with standard New York sushi taste. Everything about this place screams standard and normal. But if you are starving and it's lunch time, maybe you should stop by. The decor is pretty nice and Modern. Price is not cheap but standard. Like I said this place is STANDARD.

Informal place with a wide selection of ready-made sushi boxes. You can consume it indoors or take it away. They also prepare express dishes to order at the moment. Great quality right price.
